My small business has its email service hosted by 4data for over 2 years. The benefit for the business is knowing our email information is stored just down the road; in Australia where Australian laws apply. As part of operating a business in the health/community services sector we have responsibility for maintaining client privacy. each client is provided with a consent to collect, store and share personal information. The IT services 4data’s provides give me best confidence that I protecting clients information. The email system works well (as is should) and does not give me any problems. From time to time I utilise 4Data’s break/fix service to minimise lost time from computer/IT problems I am not able to sort. The remote login service received has always been responsive, efficient and effective. - Harold
